Returns
All hay products are harvested, packaged and shipped in excellent condition. If for any reason damage has occurred to the product in transit, the customer is to advise the courier/shipper immediately, as well as contact us at Knee Deep Farm Canada so that we can assess and ship a replacement order. Please ensure that you have given a proper shipping address as incorrect shipping information will incur charges for initial shipment as well as the shipment to the correct address. Products must be returned to be replaced.
Product Quality Guarantee
The hay product has been tested for content by an independent specialty laboratory. Periodic samples are tested to assure content consistency.
Colouration may vary due to natural drying conditions. This in no way decreases the quality of the hay products. Due to the wild natural process of growing hay, weeds may be found in the products. Please inspect and remove as you feed.
It is the choice and responsibility of the consumer/pet owner to feed the hay. The amount to feed depends on the unique needs of your small animal. Knee Deep Farms assumes no liability. Partially used feed is not returnable to Knee Deep Farm Canada. No order return is accepted after five business days from the date of the customer’s receipt of the order.
Confidentiality
All consumer information remains confidential to Knee Deep Farm Canada and will not be disclosed to anyone without written consent. The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (P.I.P.E.D.A.) is adhered to at Knee Deep Farm Canada.
